IntegrityAlert.ai allows you to submit, post, or upload user-generated content, including audio , video recordings and other materials ("User Content"). By doing so, you retain ownership of your User Content but grant IntegrityAlert.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing our services within the scope of the system.
IntegrityAlert.ai issues QR codes to corporate clients ("Client") to enable user access to the IntegrityAlert.ai system. The Client is responsible for securely managing, distributing, and safeguarding QR codes from unauthorized access. Furthermore, the Client must promptly report any instances of misuse or unauthorized access. QR codes have a specific validity period based on licenses agreement, and it is the Client's responsibility to ensure timely renewal or replacement. The Client and its users are obligated to adhere to all relevant legal regulations and contractual obligations when utilizing QR codes. The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend QR code access in the event of any breaches. It is important to note that the Provider holds no liability for unauthorized use, misuse, or security breaches related to QR codes.
When using IntegrityAlert.ai, you agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: uploading malicious content, violating intellectual property rights, spamming, or engaging in any form of abusive behavior.
All content and materials available on IntegrityAlert.ai, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are the property of IntegrityAlert.ai provider and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are not granted any rights to use these materials without our prior written consent.
